TRIVIA

Gameplay Mechanics:
Unlike standard action-platformers of the era, the game leans heavily into puzzle-solving inspired by classic titles like Lemmings. Krusty cannot directly attack the rats; instead, he must place blocks, trap doors, and directional arrows around the levels to guide the marching rats safely into extermination devices before they fall into hazards.

The FX Painter Link:
Developer Audiogenic utilized proprietary software and development tools that helped them port and adapt the game smoothly across multiple 16-bit systems, ensuring the SNES version captured the distinct visual style and music of the animated series.

The Beta / Prototype Differences:
Early promotional materials and prototype builds of the game featured different level layouts, alternative password systems, and placeholder graphic assets that were later streamlined for the final retail release.
