A Tic-Tac-Toe game in which the player plays against Wally Wang. Wally Wang will start by asking if you know the rules, he'll try to get funny if you try to mess with him during his explanation. Otherwise the game plays as expected. The player and Wally take turns to place their markers on a 3x3 grid with the goal of getting three in a row.
