Tic-Tac-Toe

A digital version of the classic pen and paper game. The player and computer take turns putting their marks on the grid. This implementation doesn't use a screen and instead displays all information on the memory LED lights and takes input directly from the switches. The computer is always first and plays a perfect game, so never loses.
