The Wang Casino Blackjack Table

A text-based blackjack game. The player plays against the bank (computer). The goal is to reach 21 in card value or as close as possible without going bust (over 21). Whoever has the highest value wins the wager. This implementation of the game allows the player to set a time limit and try to earn as much virtual money as possible in that time limit. It's not possible to split cards.
