WordWorks Pro 2.1
Right after we published WordWorks Pro 2.0 on issue #40, upgrade suggestions started pouring into our mail room. This issue we present Bryan’s most ambitious undertaking (since WordWorks Pro 2.0, of course). WordWorks Pro 2.1 is chockfull with new features and improved old ones. Those of you that have been espousing WWPro 2.0 since its inception will be impressed by many of the changes. If you are new to Softdisk G-S, or you chose not to use WWPro 2.0, try this program on for size – we love it here at the office!

BackDrop
BackDrop is an desk accessory that allows you to change your desktop pattern to any of the colorful patterns included. It’s designed to be easy to use and great to play around with. This is a much improved version of the Desktop CDev we published on issue #25. To insert your own patterns check out ClipPic on this issue!

Have you ever used a program and said to yourself, “I sure would like to be able to use part of this screen in my HyperStudio stack.” Or perhaps you’ve said, “I really like this Finder™ icon, I wish I could use it in my page layout document.” You probably ended up saying something along the lines of, “That’s a really good idea, too bad we can’t do it!” No longer! ClipPic is Here!

Scrapbook
Scrapbook enables you to have essentially an unlimited number of Clipboards. By using cut, copy and paste you can add or remove any number of scraps to Scrapbook.

Winter: Winter is almost here. That means it’s time for some winter images from Softdisk G-S. This year we did something special——we sent our art staff down to Antarctica for a month of mental preparation. They came back with frostbite, chilled bones, blue faces, and some amazing art! We hope you enjoy them!

Spencer’s Corner
This month we’re supplying you with three more of our favorite Spencer Christmas files. Included in the line-up are Candles, Angels and Bells. All of them are page-layout files for AppleWorks GS. Spencer and Softdisk certainly hope you enjoy using these for a joyous Christmas season.
