One of the most common applications of computers is the manipulation of text material-word processing. This package demonstrates elementary concepts of word processing, showing students how to use the computer to enter, edit, and print text. Students also investigate electronic mail, observing how that process is combined with word processing to produce and distribute information on a mass scale.
