How does lifestyle affect health? A series of awareness-building questions analyzes a user's current lifestyle and projects health risks based on statistics for the user's age group. Another program employs skinfold measurements to provide an accurate ideal weight range. Altogether, this package encourages users to consider means by which they might live longer, healthier lives.
