Iron Claw was released in June 1928.
The game can be seen in the Clark Gable movie titled 'It happened one night' (1934). It is shown twice, at the bus station in Miami and later at the bus station in Jacksonville.
An improved model was released in 1929 as "Improved Iron Claw".
The machine pays out about 15% in merchandise.
