Dungeon Keeper 3 - War for the Overworld

Dungeon Keeper 3: War for the Overworld was a planned sequel to the Dungeon Keeper series. The game was cancelled, but a spiritual successor, War for the Overworld, was released in 2015.

The projects that provoked Dungeon Keeper 3's cancellation were EA's Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings games.
