The base game features the innovative Expanding Halo Reels:
- Consists of a unique reel layout of two, five-symbol-high reels that fill the screen with giant, vibrant symbols. Symbol activation on the original two reels initiates an additional 'halo' reel consisting of symbols that spin in a path around the original symbols. Once the first 'halo' reel stops, any matching symbols that are orthogonally adjacent to active symbols will also activate. The process is repeated twice more with increasingly larger 'halo' reels.

- Any winning spin can expand the evaluation area up to 8x11 as matching symbols and multipliers land in adjacent positions.

The Seahorse Bonus is triggered with two two-high bonus symbols, and brings the same innovative game mechanic from the base game to the next level with locking multipliers that can be added to the reels on each spin.
