The speed of 80-column operations can be increased using the drivers on this disk. A driver has been written for the Videx Videoterm card and for the Multiflex card. Because a number of other manufacturers have implemented an instruction set in a fashion similar to that of the Videx card, these drivers will work with a number of cards. The drivers were designed for use with ZCPR2, but generally do not conflict with programs running standard CP/M. As an example of its improvement, listing an text file to the screen takes about 40% less time using these drivers.
