It's Sears version of Atari's "Stunt Cycle [Model C450". However Sears decided to combine it with its own "Tele-Games Pong Sports IV [Model 99708] " resulting in a console with 20 games (4 motorcycle games and 16 Pong games).

The 'Pong' side was labeled 'Sports Center IV'.
