WinZip
In the beginning Apple created pull-down menus. And we saw that they were good. Those menus stayed closed, tucked out of the way in the menu bar when we didn’t need them. And when we did, we clicked on the menu title, and the menu would pull down, showing all its contents. So why can’t you do the same thing with windows? Well, now you can! With winZip, you can tuck the window away in its title bar, and with some clicks of the mouse you can “un-tuck” it and get at the contents!

Ether Quest
You are Petton Everhail, the most powerful magician in the world. First you defeated the evil Shadrani forces that had taken Mount Kel-Keriad. Emerging from the catacombs victorious, you then cleared the mountain’s forest of the invading Fire Giants. Unfortunately, the last gate you entered in the forest sent you to the ethereal plane--and you have no spell to bring you back! Hamster: A pleasant cursive font (sans serif), Hamster ought to appease all of the subscribers who have been imploring us to publish more in this style. Doug Olena, the font’s creator, admits the name is a bit funny. He confessed that at the time, he needed some humor in his life, thus Hamster was selected. Hamster is available in TrueType™ and bitmap format.

Bunnies To Go: Even if you don’t happen to have rabbits for sale you can still find lots of uses for Bunnies To Go. If you’ve got, say, a motorcycle to sell instead, you could simply erase the bunnies and paint a motorcycle in. Or, you can use Bunnies to Go to advertise a picnic, to adorn a cookbook or recipe cards, or to promote any event where more than one person is going somewhere (especially if the event is intergenerational – you do notice that one bunny is big and the other is little? – t here’s some real intentionality, as we say solemnly in Presbyterian circles, to that).

Fix Disk-Mount Bug
Many of you reported problems with Freeze! (published on Issue #61) freezing your system when you started a new game. Well, Greg did some detective work, and discovered yet another system bug was behind it! Those of you with only one 3.5” floppy drive are especially susceptible, but everybody should install this latest System-Software bug fix from our own in-house expert. Not only will it eliminate the problem with Freeze!, but other crashes you have while swapping disks may be eliminated as well.

SpaceOut 1.0.1
When we were testing winZip on this issue, we discovered problems in SpaceOut (last published on Issue #60). Under System 6.0, SpaceOut causes problems when selecting windows or dragging windows. This is annoying, but with winZip installed, these problems get compounded (windows get improperly selected, compressed, etc.). The easiest solution was to just fix the tiny bug in SpaceOut 1.0 that was causing all the problems… hence, SpaceOut 1.0.1!
