Commander in Chief © 1978 Byte Publications, Inc.

Based on the game of the same name that appeared in The Pocket Calculator Game Book. Whereas the game book version is a description of a single player game in which a calculator can aid in the math required to play the game, the TI version allows the player to play the described game against the AI with everything being automated on the calculator. Each turn (year) the player may increase the stockpile of snowballs (nuclear weapons in the original) by 100. Each turn war may be declared and the player must find out the AIs number of snowballs. If the player has more snowballs the player wins the war, but if the total amount of snowballs is too high, a holocaust occurs and everybody loses. After each war the number of snowballs is reduced. The player wins if he/she can stay alive for 10 turns.
