Not emulated in MAME Coin-Operated Arcade Video Game
Pakkun Ball TV © 2001 Seibu Kaihatsu.
Essentially a re-working of Seibu Kaihatsu's arcade game "Senkyu
" featuring video sequences of soft-core Japanese porn. At every level the player gets to select the stage by switching between the different 'channels', each featuring a different video image that plays in the background during game play.
In this puzzle game, 3 rotatable balls consisting of different colors fall from the top to the lowest part of the screen as a static video image is displayed in the background. When groups of four or more like-colored spheres collect together, they disappear, the space is filled in with surrounding spheres, and the background video sequence is advanced. Bonuses are awarded for completing combos while a timer counts down to the end of the level. Once the timer reaches zero the level is completed and the player is rewarded to another video sequence before the next level begins. If a level gets too rough the player may use a bomb to clear balls from the stage, but if the balls are stacked all the way to the top of the playing field, then it is game over.
