Super Slope (c) 1982 Esoterica They called him 'Super Skier' and even though they had to carry him off the hill, he was back on top in minutes ready to try again. Under the skillful guidane of your joystick he will doodge rocks and brush trees in a mad downhill race against time as arm waving fans pack the sidelines urging him on. Warning: do not pull the trigger unless you are Olympic material. Which end will you esperience? The thrill of victory or the agony of defeat? This is a downhill skiing game. Simply avoid the rocks and trees. Try to get the fastest time. - TRIVIA - Released in October 1982. The 'garbage' on either side of the track is actually the program's code! This game is written in machine language, but uses the only RAM available to an unexpanded Astrocade: screen RAM. Thus, the program is visible on screen. This must have been a tough program to put together because the RAM that is used is not contiguous. - SOURCES - ROM dump (MAME).
