Cheat mode:
At the title screen, hold Up, then press A + B 8 times. A sound will confirm cheat triggering. Input this code one more time to switch this cheat off. When enabled, at the title screen, hold Down + A and press B to select the starting level. Also this code grants you the infinite lives during the game.
