In the BOMBER BOY mode, at the Stage select screen, enter MY TOWN with Right + A + B + Select held. Note: when you press Right, the selection on the map is changing, so you can either press Right first and hold it when stop on MY TOWN and then hold the rest of the buttons, or just put cursor to the previous position to MY TOWN before holding all the buttons.
