TRIVIA

Released in July 1995 in North America.

Silicon Knights' Pedigree:
Before becoming known for cinematic blockbusters like Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain and Eternal Darkness, Canadian developer Silicon Knights created this title. It was their second game and showcased an early attempt to bring isometric, action-RPG mechanics (similar to The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past or Landstalker) to a licensed cartoon property.

Unique Party Mechanics:
Rather than controlling a single hero throughout the entire journey, players must rescue individual knights scattered across different kingdoms. Each knight possesses unique combat abilities and attributes, allowing players to switch party members to solve environmental puzzles and conquer specific bosses.

Football Influence:
Nodding to Arthur's modern-day origins as a quarterback, the game incorporates gridiron-inspired motifs into its design, such as the strategic formation of your team and armored athletic aesthetics.
