The story follows a man named Abel who descends into a grotesque, demon-infested realm wielding a handgun to rescue his daughter, Iria. The game is celebrated for its grim, macabre atmosphere, fluid combat, and a unique mechanic that allows the protagonist to transform into powerful demons. - TECHNICAL - GAME ID: SHVC-AOHJ-JPN - TRIVIA - Castlevania with a Gun: The gameplay loop heavily mirrors the classic Castlevania series in its pacing, branching paths, and gothic level design, but swaps the traditional whip for a firearm, giving it a distinct run-and-gun flair. Demon Transformations: Upon defeating bosses, players can collect different colored crystals.
