The ultra coaster is a motion simulator that puts the rider in the middle of a fast paced roller coaster ride. - TRIVIA - Other coaster simulators usually have videotaped screens with static roller coaster rides that were pre-programmed to follow the video. The ultra coaster features a Head Mounted Display for viewing the coaster in action. Not only does the rider have a view forward, but also they can look over the edge and watch the ground pass by. The ultra coaster is not preprogrammed but uses the actual physics of the track itself to determine the movement of the simulator.
