Top Speed removes territorial notice. Both US and world roms have no warning before the game. Also, Full Throttle is replaced by Top Speed before staff roll (line: Full Throttle is over!).
A Top Speed unit appears in the 1989 movie The Wizard (though it was erroneously referred to as Capcom's F-1 Dream in the movie).
