Smokin' Token Extreme is a 2-player ticket redemption game where players release a token down a slope into a spinning wheel.

Tickets are won by successfully hitting a target on the spinning wheel. Hitting targets also raises the spinning wheel up to reveal bonus targets worth double tickets. If a bonus target is hit twice before the wheel descends, the player wins a big bonus.
