The game was originally developed by Alpha Denshi. Rock-ola Mfg. Corp. licensed this game from SEGA. Hoei International (which became Coreland Technology in 1982) supported its development mainly by supporting Alpha Denshi with funding. A bootleg of this game was released with SEGA copyright.
