Algernon - An Introduction to Programming Logic (c) 1987 Sunburst Educational game, it sharpens estimation and spatial reasoning skills while providing an enjoyable and challenging introduction to programming logic. The object of the game is to direct detective Algernon, a mouse, through a variety of mazes to the goal of a piece of cheese. The program offers three playing levels with three levels of difficulty in each level. Each level of difficulty contains five mazes with five different starting positions available for each maze. If an unsuccessful attempt is made, the computer resets the same maze with thee mouse in the same position. If the goal is successfully reached, the same maze is reset with the mouse in a different starting position until all five starting locations have been successfully completed. - TRIVIA - Released on April 18, 1987 (Saturday) in North America. - STAFF - Designed by: Thomas C.
