WarpSpeed is a 3D space flight combat and galactic strategy simulator originally developed by Electronic Arts and ported to the 16-bit console by Accolade. The game places players in the cockpit of advanced starfighters to defend a beleaguered interstellar confederation, requiring split-second tactical dogfighting, interstellar warp navigation, and resource management across multiple star systems to eradicate an alien menace.
