Pace Car Pro © 1975 Electra Games.

An early 4-player car racing game that used analog joysticks with colored ball tops, instead of steering wheel/foot pedals, to control your vehicle. Drive around a closed circuit course against the computer-controlled pace car, and make as many laps as you can before the timer runs out.

TRIVIA

Pace Car Pro was among first games to use real color. It was Electra's first game, which they also claimed on the flyer to be the first to use a computer-controlled "robot." They also released a two-player black & white version called "Pace Race."

Electra Games was the arcade video game division of Universal Research Labs (URL) which was an independent company that did game design for other companies (they had previously designed Paddle Battle for Allied Leisure and would later design games for Stern).
