Released in August 1994 in the USA. Even though IGS is a Taiwanese company, it was their only game they marketed directly to the USA. H. Betti Industries (Betson) distributed the game in North America.
The fact that you can choose any stage you want makes this game more similar to Point Blank, but this game was released two months earlier.
