Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends is a British children's television series, first broadcast on in September 1984. From 2003 the title was shortened to Thomas & Friends. The show has been narrated by Ringo Starr (1984-90), Michael Angelis (1991-2007), George Carlin (1991-97), Alec Baldwin (1998-03), Michael Brandon (2003-07) and is currently narrated by Pierce Brosnan.
