It is typically powered by a Siemens or Intel 80286 processor, clocked at 12 MHz. The chipset logic is custom-tailored to handle the proprietary Olivetti BIOS and peripheral interfaces, emphasizing system stability over raw overclocking potential. It supports up to 1-4 MB of RAM, typically utilizing a mix of soldered DRAM chips and proprietary memory expansion modules.
Proprietary Power: The M203 is famous (or infamous) among retro-collectors for its proprietary power supply connector.
