Winning Ways © 1986 Ainsworth Nominees.

A random number game using a scratching style to reveal the numbers, similar to the popular scratch tickets bought at newsagents.

TECHNICAL

Nominees 1986 at the bottom of the screen, along with the programmable venue name. On the artwork it stated it was a 50c machine ($1 = 2 credits).

Aristocrat MK2 hardware(?)
Controlled with 2 buttons, labelled with a black 1 and 2 on a red background.
1 - Bet left side (1 credit)
2 - Bet both sides (2 credits)

It uses the same music/sound as the Aristocrat MKIV games.

TRIVIA

The game itself doesn't seem to have a name but it came with differently named artwork, such as "Action Packed".
This game was popular in Australian bingo centres until around the late 1990s, when they were slowly removed in favour of the growing gaming venues.

Numbers were from 1 to 3000. On the 1993 version it would display 0001 to 3000 on its simulated reels. Surprisingly, 3000 wasn't a winning number, as other games normally paid for such combinations like zeroes.

The only trailing numbers which don't have a possible win are a 2 and a zero.

UPDATES

An updated version was released in 1993 with doors which opened for each of the four numbers.
