Sega Archives from USA Vol. 3 was released on June 23, 2000 in Japan for PC's running Windows.
Although this package was released in Japan, the included games are the North American versions.
The Sega Mega Drive, where all the included games except for "Sega Swirl" originated, is known in North America as the Sega Genesis.
Released in North America as "Sega Smash Pack 2".
