Without advance warning, aliens have launched a surprise attack on Earth. By using technology never before seen on this planet, they have put asteroids on a path to Earth to, ultimately, bring about the extermination of its inhabitants. Only a small set of spaceships armed with massive weapons can save this world from destruction. The Earth's government has mobilized these ships to counter the massive onslaught, but as the forces embarked upon their desperate mission, the aliens detected the threat, and sent their own fleets of motherships to put a stop to mankind's last line of defense.
