Honda, Evil Ryu, Fei Long, Gen, Gouken, Guile, Guy, Hakan, Ibuki, Juri, Ken, Makoto, M. Bison, Oni, Rose, Rufus, Ryu, Sagat, Sakura, Seth, T. Hawk, Vega, Yang, Yun and Zangief.

Seth is the final boss of the game.
