Ristar [Model 1555-50]

Ristar was released on February 18, 1995 in Europe.

These PAL vesion has a higher resolution than the NTSC system. Most games just add borders to compensate for the higher resolution. But Ristar is one of the few games that actually takes advantage of this resolution and uses the full screen.

It's also one of the few fully PAL optimized games. While running at 50Hz like other PAL releases of that time, gameplay speed and music speed have been adjusted. Forcing the game to run at 60Hz.
